Damaged or defective Items
We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. Any damaged or defective item should be reported with-in 3 days from the day of received items. As we receive the items packed from manufacturer therefore we were unable to judge the problem before delivery. To report a damaged or defective item please send email at contact@payndoo.com with the order number and picture of damged item and Packaging as well.
The packaging picture will help us to raised your & our concern to the Manufacture.
Customer is responsible for the return charges and keep track of item delivery, Once we received the item our team will confirm the defect and we will process the refund including return postage charges.
Changed Your Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day you received your order, we will gladly refund your purchase subject to any shipping and handling charges paid by customer. In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact us via contact@payndoo.com or fill online contact us form and provide us with the order number and reason to return.
For hygiene and repackaging purposes, we ask that you only return items that are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
Customer is responsible for the return charges and keep track of item delivery, Once we received the item our team will confirm the item condition and we will process the refund excluding our postage which is £3 for small parcel & £5 for large parcels.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any refunds or exchanges.
